1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using WP-Hosted services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

WP-Hosted provides managed WordPress hosting services including:

  • WordPress hosting infrastructure
  • Automatic backups and updates
  • Security monitoring and protection
  • Technical support
  • Free site migrations

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your content complies with our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Keeping your contact information up to date

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services to:

  • Host illegal content or conduct illegal activities
  • Distribute malware or engage in phishing
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Overload or interfere with our infrastructure

5. Payment Terms

Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Service Level

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

7. Backups

We provide automated backups as part of our service. However, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate service at any time. Upon termination, we will provide reasonable opportunity to retrieve your data. We may terminate immediately for violations of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
